A Captain's 18th Anniversary

As Richard and I woke up the morning of our anniversary we had a nice treat waiting for us. Our nine year old daughter, Mekenzie, called us into the kitchen where she had prepared and was serving scrambled eggs, toast and fruit with orange juice and coffee which she had made all by herself. Along with a yummy breakfast I was showered with lovely flowers and a nice card from my hubby.
We spent time in the morning relaxing and getting ourselves together as Richard mentioned he wanted to take me to Orlando to roam the Florida Mall for a couple of new outfits to wear out on the town. My husband loves taking me to pick out a new dress and shoes. During the day we received a call from several of our good friends wishing us a happy anniversary. J. R. (Elizabeth's Husband) suggested we go to one of his favorite restaurants, Timpanos, so we quickly headed there after shopping.
The atmosphere at Timpanos was perfect as well as a very classy establishment. I enjoyed listening to Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra music while intimately conversing with my husband and dancing to the baby grand piano in the Starlight Lounge. We had a wonderful meal and a great relaxing evening sipping martinis, eating roasted mussels and dining on veal piccatta. We were served a delicious Tiramisu and Cheesecake complements of the house for our anniversary.
Richard enjoyed a fine cigar on the deck overlooking the lake after our meal. "I enjoy Patron cigars and they had my brand and in a larger ring sized that goes perfect after a meal." explains Richard. "It was a perfect day and evening with my wife and friend."
