Friends in Cape Canaveral
Kim is such a beautiful woman with a very kind and sincere heart. When we first met I couldn't believe she is beyond her forties and still looks as if she were in her twenties. Even though Kim no longer works she still gets up and goes to the gym by six every morning. Her husband always ask her why she doesn't just sleep in now and then, however, she likes her routine and is determined to keeping herself in shape and feeling good.
Running is something Kim has enjoyed doing for some time. She has ran the Disney Marathon and several half marathons over the past twenty years. The consistency and dedication she has truly shows in every aspect of her life from working out to spending quality time with her husband and friends.
Kim and I both come from families with many children. She has three sisters and two brothers all of which still live in Pennsylvania where she grew up. From her high school days she has three close friends that they still spend time with each other once a year and take a week long trip together. I thought this was remarkable to know that four high school friends have stayed in touch over the years and make it a priority to spending time together.
After moving to Florida, living and working in Orlando, Kim and her husband decided they wanted to own a Condo in Cape Canaveral since they were spending all their weekends fishing and hanging out in this area. On the weekends Kim loves being in Port Canaveral for an early dinner on Friday night with her husband at Grills and drinks later. Sunday is probably one of her favorite nights to be at the Tiki Bar and listen to the band while dancing the night away always having a fun time.
Fishing is also a big part of Kim's life. Although her husband fishes more than she does and is gone often on guys trips you'll still find her by his side fishing. Her favorite fish to catch is a dolphin (mahi-mahi). Of course, if you live in Cape Canaveral there is no doubt you are on the water just as much as on land. |
