Things to do in Cocoa Beach

Okay, you ask yourself the question... I'm visiting the Cocoa Beach area and I've never been there before, where do I go to get something to eat, shop with the locals, and what do I do when I'm looking for fun? If you already live here, you might come to my website to see what's going on or tell me what's going on so I let everyone know. Whether it's dining, shopping or you need a hotel to stay at look me up and I'll try to get you in the know and up-to-date about what's going on in Cocoa Beach.

Hi, I'm Gina and welcome to my website, I have created this site with a two-fold purpose with hopes that you will enjoy and visit often.
First is to promote Cocoa Beach and the surrounding areas including Orlando and the many things I like to do. Secondly, offer a way for our friends and family to read about what's going on in our lives.

Growing up in East Central Florida on an island near Cocoa Beach I've never taken for granted the beautiful lagoons, beaches and waterways surrounding our barrier island home. Although our population has grown over the years, so has the opportunity for a girl to have fun with local activities and exciting friends.

Most evenings are spent with our family at home. I typically am a homemaker that helps my husband with our business by returning phone calls and emails for our fishing charter business but when the weekend comes I transform into Cindy Lauper's Girls Just Want to Have Fun and hit the dance floor with my husband and friends or go out for some beach fun at a surf contest with my surfing friends and families.

Our youngest daughter Mekenzie and her friend. Getting back to school in the fall keeps us busy and there's always much fun to be had with after school volleyball and football games, spirit week, homecoming, fall festivial, sports fest and the yearly Thanksgiving Feast we enjoy just before the holidays.

I work for a group of local Florida Fishing Guides that love the water and sunshine as much as I do. On almost any given day you'll find me scheduling fishing trips, helping with provisions or making lunches. It's a wonderful job that's every beach girl's dream, I even get to take friends out in the boats to a favorite fishing or swimming hole. I don't clean fish but I love sushi...

On Saturday, November 8th, Quiksilver EC Core Surf Promotions was on location to lend a hand at Andrenalina Grand Opening of Its Third Concept Store in the International Plaza Tampa, Florida. Savannah Bradley was there with Roxy for an autograph signing with a few other Quiksilver team riders. There were hundreds of people and tons of fun and activites with lots of free giveaways (read more).
