Ricky's Ice Cream and Arcade
Ricky's Ice Cream and Arcade
Cocoa Beach Pier, Florida
How much more could this place look like a tourist trap, well it definitely catches your attention. As you pull into the entrance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ricky's Ice Cream and Arcade is along side the main street sitting to the north of the Pier. Every young kid that walks by pulls on his mom's arm wanting to go into the cool looking store. Like every spot on the Pier catering to the tourist is the main theme. I've only been in the ice cream shop one time poking my head in and to me it wasn't much of anything but a place where they scoop ice cream from buckets. They do have soft serve yogurt, will make anything from sundaes to malts and milkshakes. Even if you are hungry for lunch they serve deli subs, pizza, hot dogs, nachos and pretzels. I would probably stick to the ice cream, it's not homemade, but how can ice cream be all that bad.
Ricky's Ice Cream and Arcade
The arcade has just a few games and not much more. A great place to spend more money while on vacation. It would probably be best to let the kids run free on the beach and enjoy the ocean instead of sitting around in doors which most kids do everyday at home playing on their own games boys.
