Cocoa Beach, Florida
Dining in the Cocoa Beach and Canaveral can vary from fine dining to light and casual. As a beach community, you'll find less formal dining with the prevelent casual dining being the norm. Flip Flops are normal footwear in most establishments, but don't underestimate the quality of food for the lack of formal wear.
Fast food chain restaurants are not going to be mentioned beyond this page, but if you want want to go to MacDonalds, Wendy's or Burger King in Cocoa Beach, you'll have no problem locating them on the major thouroughfare.
Fine Dining is limited in Cocoa Beach itself, but further to the south there's several fine establishments for those looking to dress up and have a formal atmosphere. Cocoa Beach's Mango Tree Restaurant is one of the finest dining haunts and reservations are usually needed as it can fill up quickly.
Casual dining is the norm at Cocoa Beach and there's plenty to chose from. Local sandwich shops and delies are plentiful and there's plenty of sit down eating too. The quality varies at each location as well as the atmosphere and I'll try and fill you in on all the things about each restaurant. |
